Gatsby is a fabulous Border Collie puppy, or as we affectionately refer to her, ACED’s bundle of joy. She arrives at ACED each morning with a happy heart, making the rounds and ensuring she greets every person in the building before engaging in some fellowship with her favorite human, Primary Therapist, Valencia.

She reminds each of us that there is always room for love and kindness and play. No matter the circumstances, Gatsby gives the gift of compassion and snuggles with those in pain. Her infectious happiness elicits giggles when needed most. She knows when to be present and when to give space. 

We cannot imagine ACED life without her constant, goofy, smile. She enjoys, belly rubs, tug of war with her cheese, naps and a good snacky snack any time.

Above all she reminds us what matters. Connection. Kindness. Love and Laughter.
