Cameron earned her Undergraduate degrees in both Nutrition Sciences and Exercise Science at Auburn University and her master’s degree in Nutrition Science at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Before joining us at ACED, Cameron completed over 1200 supervised hours in dietetic internships specific to eating disorders, including ACED, and we deem ourselves beyond blessed to have her come onboard and join our team.

Cameron brings her gentle spirit and sparkling laughter not only to the kitchen but straight to the heart of her dietary practice.  Her kindness is without measure and she authentically exemplifies our mission of compassion and grace in every interaction. As a natural team player, she generously works to collaborate in providing the best care possible to those in her care.

A strong defender of hope, she holds the line for healing, she’s not afraid to have the hard conversations and fight for each client’s recovery full blast. Her genuine passion to help each client find their identity outside of the eating disorder drives her determination in not only guiding them in redefining their relationship with food, but in connecting with their soul in a way that offers true freedom.

Born and raised in North Carolina, this woman loves sports! She even spent two years at Auburn working with the sports dietetics aiding all D-1 Sports teams and gained a degree in Sports Nutrition. She loves a good craft project and enjoys repurposing old wood pallets into works of art. Her greatest love is for any and all dogs. Currently she is anxiously awaiting to adopt  a Golden rescue pup.

A perfect warm, sunny, Saturday consists of being on the water, anywhere, be it a lake an ocean or river surrounded by good friends and all the dogs.
