2) Is A Center for Eating Disorders right for me?

Our program is individualized based on the unique needs of each and every client. The treatment team supports each client to move through the program at an individualized pace. Clients meet privately with a primary therapist three times a week and regularly with a dietitian, our psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, physical therapist and others to create an organic, personalized treatment plan.

We believe each client deserves personal attention. To ensure this, we maintain a low client-staff ratio. Primary therapists do not have more than three clients at a time, and there is always at least one staff member for every three clients.

To better help you determine the right treatment setting, we are available for a free consultation or assessment over the phone or in person. Contact ACED's assessment center at 205.933.0041 or email us at
